NEW UBC ID CARDS
This new card has the records of your completed UBC classes taken. This new card replaces all of the old cards issued at the completion of a class. No more individual cards will be issued. Any new training will appear on your new card after the completion of the class. Consider this card a resume when looking for employment.
Please check your records by scanning the QR code on the front of the card. Once you have scanned the card, it will show a picture of you with your name on it. By clicking on "TRAINING", it will show a list of classes that are in your records and the expiration dates of classes, such as Rigging. Please be aware that if the expiration dates has passed, the records will not appear on your card.
For those that do NOT have a picture on your card, please come to the Training Center Office between the hours of 7:00am - 4:30pm to have your picture taken. A new card will then be issued and mailed to you with your picture on it.
If a UBC class that you have completed does not appear on the card, please contact the Training Center Office
at 262-574-6995 so that we can update your records, if needed.
